SPROUT

It is now when the first shoots of the vine began, and some leaves of the plant appear timidly. It is in this phase of the vine cycle that the fields will finish pruning and the first preventive treatments will be carried out on the vines to combat pests and diseases of the plant.

FLOWERING

It is when the flowers open for their fertilization. It is vital that, during this stage, the phytosanitary treatments continue.

WRAPPING

At this stage, the fruit ripens, checking that it has good growth. And at this time that the grapes leave their green color to turn bright red (in red varieties) or green (in white grape varieties).

HARVEST

The grapes are harvested and preselected, checking each cluster and its grains. Before packing, a sampling is done to determine its quality and its classification according to the demands of our clients.

Harvest Calendar

Our grape campaign begins in November of each year and lasts until February, taking advantage of the summer months (Peruvian), which guarantees an excellent quality of our fruit in color, flavor, and texture.
