Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of water
  • 6 tangerines
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Peel the tangerines and separate each segment
  2. Remove the seeds and surrounding white threads from each mandarin segment.
  3. Add all the mandarin orange segments and half a glass of water to the blender. Blend for 1 minute.
  4. Pass the juice through a strainer and with the help of a teaspoon squeeze to remove all the juice.
  5. Put the juice back in the blender and add the rest of the water, the sugar and blend for 30 seconds.
  6. Serve in a glass with two ice cubes.
