Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 14 grams of natural gelatin
  • 12 pieces of tangerine

Preparation

  1. Add the gelatin little by little in the form of rain over half a cup of cold water.
  2. Mix lightly and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  3. Microwave for 15 second intervals until melted and set aside.
  4. Put the tangerine juice and sugar in a pot and stir constantly until it boils.
  5. Remove from the stove and add the hydrated gelatin and stir well with the shovel to integrate the ingredients. Let cool.
  6. Place a few mandarin segments inside each individual mold or in a large mold and pour out the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until set.
